Energy

An updated framework aligns cross-border reporting obligations for energy suppliers, harmonising the information that operators must submit to national regulators and the European Commission.

Transport

Amendments introduce harmonised safety reporting requirements for rail operators, standardising incident notification procedures across member states.

Digital markets

A new implementing regulation clarifies transparency duties for large online platforms, specifying the information they must disclose about advertising and algorithmic ranking.
